Technical Log Data
For the purposes of troubleshooting and mitigating security risks to the operation of our IT infrastructure, we collect access data from our website (e.g., date and time, IP addresses, visited websites, previously visited pages, and any form data you entered). This is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests in ensuring secure and stable IT operations and defending against attacks. This data is generally stored for 14 days but may be stored longer if needed to investigate and resolve security incidents.
Submission of Quotes by Logistics Service Providers
If you, as a logistics service provider, submit transport quotes through the website, you consent to the processing of the data you provide. To process the offers and forward them to the shipper, we store your IP address, email address, the date and time of your offer submission, and any other information you provide with your offer. The legal basis for this data processing is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you may revoke at any time (Article 7(3) GDPR). Your personal data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed unless legal obligations (e.g., subsequent contract processing) require retention. Non-personal data may continue to be stored for evaluation purposes even after the contract has ended. Without your consent, we cannot accept or forward your offer to shippers.
Registration Requests
If you choose to use our application, you can submit a registration request through our website. We then process your website access data, the form data you provide, and the content of subsequent conversations with our sales team for the purpose of initiating and executing contracts, product consultation, and informing you about product news through our newsletter. Processing is necessary for fulfilling a contract you are entering into, carrying out pre-contractual measures at your request, fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., bookkeeping), and maintaining customer and prospect relationships in our legitimate interests.
IP Addresses
When visiting our website, we process a shortened and thus anonymized version of your IP address. The purpose of this processing is to identify which companies (B2B) visit our website so that we can target them with marketing communications. The anonymization — and thus the removal of any personal reference — occurs before storage, within milliseconds after your visit.
Advertising Tracking and Remarketing
If you give your consent when loading the page, we process information about your browser, the page you visited, the page from which you visited us, the date and time of your visit and your IP address.
